She read books, watched motivational videos, and adopted various practices. Inspired by speakers like Brené Brown, Roxie decided she wanted to motivate and inspire others.

Creating Her Seven-Step Guide to Manifestation

After giving birth, Roxie hosted her first self-love workshop, which was well-received. Following its success, she asked her audience if they were interested in learning about manifestation. Their positive response led her to develop her seven-step guide to manifesting.

Step 1: Be Clear in Your Vision

Roxie emphasized that being clear in your vision is essential for manifestation or any area of life. You need clear goals and a clear sense of who you want to become. She said one key question to ask is: “Who do I want to become? Who’s the most empowered version of myself?”

If you’re unsure of what you want, Roxie suggested focusing on how you want to feel—confident, energized, peaceful, or content.

Step 2: Remove Fear and Doubt

Roxie explained that fear and doubt come from insecurities, low self-worth, and limiting beliefs. The secret to manifesting is that you attract what you believe you’re worthy of.

For example, if you’re trying to manifest a dream house but don’t believe you deserve it, you won’t attract it. This step requires deep inner work and healing, which can be particularly challenging in areas like love due to deep-rooted fears and traumas.

Step 3: Align Your Behavior

This step is about being proactive and aligning your actions with the person you want to become. Roxie described it as stepping outside your comfort zone, taking action, and showing up as your future self.

She encouraged asking yourself, “How can I step into the character of my future self and make things happen?” This step focuses on forward momentum and intentionally bridging the gap between where you are now and where you want to be.

Step 4: Overcome Tests from the Universe

Roxie explained that tests from the universe challenge how worthy you believe you are of what you want. For example, in dating, if someone doesn’t treat you well, the test is whether you’ll settle or walk away, knowing your worth.

She noted that tests can appear in relationships, challenges, or rejections in any area of life. The key is to persist, learn, and grow through them. Roxie’s favorite quote for this step is: “We grow through what we go through.” Tests build resilience, patience, and the ability to embrace lessons for better days ahead.

Step 5: Embrace Gratitude

Gratitude is a high-vibrational emotion that helps attract positive energy. Roxie suggested adopting an attitude of gratitude by appreciating everything you already have and acknowledging your abundance.

One of her favorite practices is the Positivity Journal, where you write down every good thing that happened during the day. From small joys like sunshine or coffee to completing a task, this practice helps you focus on the positive, even on tough days.

Over time, it retrains your brain to notice the good and strengthens your mindset, making gratitude an essential part of the manifestation process.

Step 6: Turn Envy into Inspiration

Roxie explained that envy comes from a low-vibrational, scarcity mindset, while inspiration stems from abundance. As we work toward our goals, it’s natural to feel triggered by envy when we see others who have what we want.

She said it’s crucial to acknowledge envy instead of letting it turn into judgment. For example, if you think, “They’re so full of themselves,” it’s often jealousy of their confidence. 

This step is about shifting envy into inspiration by thinking, “I can’t wait to feel that confident” or letting others’ success show you what’s possible. This shift fosters a more expansive, inspired mindset.

Step 7: Trust in the Universe

Roxie highlighted the importance of trusting the process and avoiding desperation, which often comes from fear and doubt. She shared that when she feels confident and has faith, her desires manifest, but desperation blocks the process.

To build trust, she suggested noticing signs from the universe, like coincidences and serendipitous moments, which show that the universe is listening and supporting you. These signs can reassure you that everything is working in your favor.
