The latest buzz within the manifestation community is about ‘Lost Gateway to Manifestation.’ However, is this a genuine book that offers a proper step-by-step guide to manifestation, or is it simply another one of those scams trying to defraud people wanting to improve their spirituality?
We carried out a thorough investigation, and this is what we found.
Who Is the So-Called Author?
Jump to section
Victor Barton is said to be the author of the book. His name does not strike much credibility. In fact, only quick research about Victor Barton reveals to us that he is a recipe book author and not a book about manifestation. That puts a huge question mark; did the makers of Lost Gateway to Manifestation cash on the trust deceiving people? The absence of any prior work in manifestation by Barton casts huge doubt over this entire situation.
Domain age and reputation
The website lostgatewaytomanifestation.com was recently created, having a domain age of merely 27 days. This is typical of scam websites that are created overnight to sell worthless digital products and vanish into thin air before any victims can seek refunds. The design of the website follows a pattern seen in previous manifestation scams like Forbidden Manifestation where the claims are unrealistic, testimonials are vague, and there is no author biography to speak of.
Selling platform and public concerns
Beacons.ai is the book’s selling platform, which enables the easy and fast selling of digital products. Beacons are not inherently suspicious but are often used by scammers looking to make low-effort scams because the platform does not put substantial checks in place compared to other more reputable publishing platforms. Even more troubling is the widespread user complaints on other social media platforms.

One of the purchasers expressed their dissatisfaction by stating:
”This is a SCAM! I ordered this so-called e-book at least a week ago and have heard nothing of it. I sent a follow-up email asking when I could expect it, no reply, and now I’m trying to get my money back. Don’t be a fool like me.”
It could also be noted that another comment pointed out that bots are being used to promote the book on TikTok, which is not uncommon in scam culture.
Final Verdict: Is Lost Gateway to Manifestation a Scam?
While we cannot definitively prove whether this book is fraudulent, the evidence strongly suggests that it is a scam:
- The name of the writer cannot be verified, but there is a similar author who writes recipe books, not a manifestation guide.
- Like other scams, this website is also new and was created only a few days ago.
- The Beacons.ai platform has been used to sell the book, and it has also been used in several other scams.
- Buyers have reported that they did not receive the product and got no reply from the seller.
- Social media bot activity is artificially promoting the book.
