SATS is a hypnotic, drowsy, relaxed state—also known as the theta state—where the conscious mind becomes less active, allowing easy access to the subconscious mind.

In this state, affirmations and thoughts reach the subconscious without interference, making manifestation more effective. SATS helps us reprogram our subconscious and turn desires into reality.

Our brain operates with five brain waves: gamma, beta, alpha, theta, and delta. SATS is the theta state, similar to deep meditation, where the subconscious becomes highly receptive. In children, this state naturally dominates for up to seven years, shaping their beliefs and experiences.

How to Enter SATS for Effective Manifestation

1. Entering SATS Naturally

We naturally enter SATS before sleep and right after waking up. These relaxed, drowsy states are perfect for manifesting.

  • Night Routine: Lie down 15 minutes early, close your eyes, take deep breaths, and visualize your desires or repeat affirmations. The key is to feel as if your wish is already fulfilled.
  • Morning Routine: Upon waking, spend 5-10 minutes visualizing, affirming, and feeling gratitude for your desires as if they are already yours.

2. Entering SATS at Will

You can enter SATS anytime when you’re calm and relaxed.

Steps:

  • Sit or lie down, close your eyes, and breathe deeply to relax.
  • Once your mind is calm, visualize or repeat affirmations for 5-10 minutes.
  • Do this with strong feelings, as feeling is the secret to manifestation.

I personally find it easiest after meditation, but you can do it whenever it suits you.

How to Use the SATS Manifestation Technique

  1. Calm Your Mind – Slow down your thoughts before sleep using deep breathing or mindfulness. A relaxed state is key to manifestation.
  2. Short Visualization – As you fall asleep, visualize a short scene (a few seconds long). The simpler, the better.
  3. Loop the Scene – Repeat it until you sleep. Repetition helps embed it into your subconscious.
  4. Engage Your Senses – See, hear, feel, taste, and smell the scene to make it more real.
  5. Feel It as Real – Emotion is the secret. Feel as if it’s happening now for faster manifestation.

My Experience with SATS Manifestation

Whenever I tried to do it forcefully or put in a lot of effort, I would constantly wonder if I was doing it right or wrong, and I couldn’t manifest anything.
